For some reason I was watching Wheel of Fortune this evening which is rare, but once again I wondered like I do everytime I happen to catch it, why people buy vowels and then solve the puzzle immediately after. Especially if it’s very obvious what the answer is. I mean why waste that money?
This conversation overheard in the restroom at Wal-Mart this afternoon between a little girl (couldn’t have been more than 4 years old) and her grandmother.
Little girl: "I know how they get a baby."
Grandmom: "Really" (said very calmly).
Little Girl: "They have to make it."
Grandmom: "Oh."
Little Girl: "They get all the pieces and then they have to build it and put it together."
It was all I could do not to laugh out loud.
School starts in just over 2 weeks.
