It seems like life is a series of catch ups. I'm notorious for adding too many projects to my plate. Thankfully most of them aren't under deadlines since they are for me so if they get pushed back it's okay. I am so happy to say I'm caught up on session editing just in time for another session Saturday with a new client. I have to say I am so thankful for the referals my friends are sending me. I have the best friends a girl could ask for.
So to appease my sister (who emailed to say I hadn't blogged in a week) and to catch up at least a tad here are my 365 photos for a few days. Keep checking back. I have posts in the works about kids science experiments, book reviews, sessions to share and more. I finally seem to be getting back into some sort of routine and focusing on my tasks at hand.
Friday, August 21 I substituted in the science enrichment class at school. There's always some easy, but fun science experiments in this class. Today it was an experiment in friction. I'm thinking I'll share how they did it in a future post.
Saturday, August 22 – We decided to take Squirt to Atlanta to the High Museum to see the Monet exhibit that was on loan from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. I loved being able to see his 42 feet Clouds Reflecting on a Water Lilly Pond again and for Squirt to see it. So amazing. Another post on that trip coming soon.
Sunday, August 23 – Squirt and I did a simple easy science experiment. It didn't quite work the way it was supposed to so we will be trying again soon, but he always loves doing activities like this.
