Good Monday morning! My menu planning last week really helped take the stress off last week. We also had a couple of nights of last minute changes so two of my menus for last week are moving to this week.
Menu #1 – Wild Rice Chicken, Garlic Butter Green Beans
Menu #2 – Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Cauliflower, Grilled Corn on the Cobb
Menu #3 – Apple Garlic Crock-Pot Roast (I’m tweaking this recipe a bit. Will share if it works out.)
Menu #4 – Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Yellow Rice, Roasted Broccoli
Menu #5 – Grilled Steaks, Sweet Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus
