Summer can become unbearably hot here in the south. I'll admit I could do without many aspects of summer, but one of my favorite sights during this hot and humid season here in the south are my Crape Myrtles. I love the color that just pops when I turn into my driveway. They have been in bloom for quite a few weeks now, but the blooms are becoming fewer. So I thought I would snap a photo of the beautiful pink blooms before they dissappeared until next summer.
