There’s usually a moment in a photo session when I snap the shutter and I’m like “that’s the shot.” This afternoon I had such a fun session with one of my favorite families and I had a lot of shots I thought were really good and never had that moment that I usually do. This little girl will be my model for an hour and offer her own ideas, which are usually pretty good ones too. 🙂 This time the moment came as I was proofing. The “smirk” as her parents call it is so her. It’s the look they see on her face many times during a day. This is why I love photographing children. I want to capture that look that their parents can look at 20 years from now and say “yes, that captured her/him”. More to come over at my photography site tomorrow.
