Delight yourself in the LORD ; And He will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.
He will bring forth your righteousness as the light And your judgment as the noonday.
Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; (Psalm 37:4-7a NASB)
When you think something is broken and irreparable, don’t give up.
When you wonder if the desire in your heart will drown before He answers, don’t give up.
When you think the jagged shards will bleed your spirit dry, don’t give up.
When you think that tattered piece of your soul can never be stitched back together, don’t give up.
When you’re tired of hoping for the cracks to be repaired, don’t give up.
Keep hoping. Pray for manna. Ask just enough for each day.
The stitches, the jagged edges, the cracks and brokenness may look rough, but their true beauty will emerge.
Place your hope in Him. His time does not look like our time. Seek Him with all your heart. Don’t give up.
What was broken He will redeem.
