I will be the first to admit our DS is spoiled and a bit rotten. Thankfully, though, he’s not a brat. Well, at least not most of the time.
DS is going to spend 7 or 8 days at my parents who live a little under 2 hours away. He says he wants to stay a month. Luckily they still work full time so he couldn’t possibly stay that long. He’s very excited about this trip. He’s been couting down the days for a couple of weeks now. For a seven year old I do believe 2 weeks is an eternity. Thankfully, for my sanity, the trip is only a couple of days away now.
Today he tells me “I don’t get in trouble at Nana and Pop’s.” “Really, I don’t. They do everything I want to do.” Hmmm…..Yep. That would explain a lot.
