I love to read. I always have. There were many nights my mother would find me hiding under the covers reading way past my bedtime. So naturally I decided to get my degree in English. Reading literature and writing, what more could a bookwork want from a college education?
Although my DS will not admit to loving books, I do catch him reading at night when he's supposed to be going to sleep. And when he gets a new book he opens it up and smells it. He loves the scent of a new book. (Okay, tell me I'm not the only one who's ever done that, too.) 🙂
I've done a few book reviews here on the blog before so I've decided to make my book reviews a series called Written Word Wednesdays. So be on the lookout. I might even have book give-aways occasionally. 🙂
